The Story of Discovery Junction
Discovery Junction began as a small circle of families gathering outdoors to explore, learn, and grow together.
Today, we serve families across the Treasure Coast, Palm Beach, and Brevard County through community-centered, nature-based learning experiences.
About Amber
Amber Thompson, founder of Discovery Junction Homeschool Co-op, has spent years developing nature-based programs for homeschool families across Florida.
Her mission is to help families rediscover curiosity-driven learning through connection and outdoor exploration.
Our Collective Vision
We are exploring a future farm-based learning project called Nurturing Roots Collective, aligned with Discovery Junction’s nature-connected philosophy.
This remains an early concept, but reflects our long-term hope to expand meaningful, land-based learning opportunities for families.
