Membership & Cancellation Policy

Quarterly Membership (Prepaid)
Quarterly memberships are paid in full at the time of enrollment and cover a 3-month session.
This is a reserved placement for your child.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Flexible Monthly Membership (Auto-Pay Required)
All monthly memberships are billed automatically.
Enrollment requires an active payment method on file.

If a payment fails or is not completed:

• Membership access is paused immediately
• Participation in events and community groups is suspended until resolved

Cancellations
Monthly memberships must be canceled prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged.
Access continues through the current paid billing period.

Quarterly memberships are a committed session and cannot be canceled or refunded once payment is made.
