Membership Policy:
Monthly memberships are billed automatically and must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Membership Enrollment & Payment Policy
- All membership payments (including your first payment) must be completed at least 7 days prior to your scheduled start date
- Enrollment is confirmed based on payment date, not inquiry or verbal agreement
- Payments made less than 7 days in advance will result in a shifted start date to the following week
- Membership secures your child’s placement and materials for the program cycle
Attendance & Payment Terms
- No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes, late starts, or unused membership time
- Materials, supplies, and staffing are secured in advance based on enrollment
- Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable once processed
Program Operations
- Discovery Junction reserves the right to adjust class sizes, group structure, or schedules based on enrollment needs
