Our team has secured instructors and is preparing to launch both Parent-Present and Drop-Off programs soon.

We are currently building interest lists to ensure balanced age groups and community readiness before we begin. Families who complete the form below will be the first invited to attend our Family First Trial Event once dates are released.

Programs

Discovery Junction offers flexible, nature-based learning experiences for children ages 2–17, designed to meet the needs of every family. Choose the experience that best fits your journey below.

All events take place outdoors at various nature sites within our service area map.

Cooperative Program (Parent-Present)

Ages 2–17 

Community, exploration, hands‑on learning

Parents participate alongside their children under the guidance of a Discovery Junction Guide for structure, support, and connection.

Teens 14–17 may mentor younger learners for documented portfolio credit.

Drop‑Off (Independent Learners)

Small groups · Project‑based

Instructor‑led, real‑world learning through nature and community exploration, led by a homeschool‑mom instructor (not a certified teacher).

Member-Exclusive Curriculum Add-Ons

For enrolled and trial families only.

Designed for families who’ve attended a Discovery Junction event and wish to extend that experience at home.

Each curriculum add-on includes the same lesson plans and printables used during the session, allowing children to revisit the topic, continue their research, and follow their curiosity.

Families can contact us for information on the specialized tools or instruments used in class to replicate the experience.

Ages 11–17: $48 per child

Family Maximum: $150 per event

Monthly Membership

Ages 2–10: $155 / month per child

Ages 11–17: $199 / month per child (includes advanced activities & materials)

Sibling Discount:

Eldest child — Full price

Second child — 20% off

Third child — 40% off

Fourth child and beyond — Free
